Catherine “Cathie” M. (Scherer) Thull, 79, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025. She was born January 11, 1946, in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Scherer. Cathie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” of 52 years, and her sister Nancy Nelson. She is survived by three sons Brian (Bryan McDaniel); Scott (Nicole) and his daughter Alicia; and Kevin and his children Zach and Bella. Cathie attended Madonna High School, Class of 1963. She retired from Associated Bank where she held positions as Teller Supervisor and Operations Officer. She enjoyed reading, ceramics, bowling, dancing & traveling. At Cathie’s request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
