Cathy “Cat” Lee Gilliom, 66, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Cathy was born in Springfield, Ohio, on July 30, 1958, to parents Kenneth and Juanita Holt. She graduated from Northeastern High School in 1976. For many years, she worked for Seyfert’s Chip Factory in Fort Wayne. Cathy attended Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, playing and coaching for their softball team. In her free time, she enjoyed the simple joys of life. From working outside and tending to her garden, to crafting wreaths and centerpieces. Most of all, Cathy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all whose hearts she touched. Cathy is survived by her son, Brandon Arnold; daughter-in-law, Marena Arnold; grandchildren, Kambi Arnold and Mila Arnold; and step-children, Adam Gilliom and Abby Gilliom. Cathy is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Juanita Holt; husband, Rick Gilliom; and siblings, Brian Holt, Connie Warren, and Cindy Williams. Visitation for Cathy will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 3-5PM at Advantage Highland Park 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46825. The funeral service will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 11AM, with calling one hour prior, at Advantage Highland Park 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46825.
