Charles "Grumpa" Miner Jr., 56, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. He was born on February 14, 1964, to the late Charles and Phyllis Miner. He was a good dad and an amazing grandpa. He was an avid sports fan of all kinds. He enjoyed cooking out on the grill, riding his bicycle, and most of all, loved being a very active grandpa. Surviving are his sons, Kameron (Joslin) Miner and Keith Miner; and his daughter, Carly Hyder. He is also survived by his grandkids, Michelangelo "Giblet" Miner, Octavia "Peanut" Miner, and Elijah Hyder; his sisters, Merri Hettinger, Kathy (Jim) Morimano, Maggie Jones, Ann Schible, and Patty Miner, and his brother, Terry Goldey. He was preceded in death by his sister, Bert Ponder, and his brothers, David Miner, Gerry Myers, Larry Myers, and Jerry Burget.
