Cheryl (Lambert) McIntosh, 78 passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Born on May 13, 1944 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Betty Jean (Branstrator) Lambert. Cheryl loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived her sons, Eric and Christopher McIntosh; granddaughter, Sydney McIntosh; and sisters, Priscilla (Mike) McInturf and Melanie Lambert. Cheryl was also preceded in passing by her brothers, Timothy, Tommy, Ted, Jonathan, Lyndon, Bradford, and Terry; and sister, Roberta. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow the service at Prairie grove Cemetery.
