CLARA ALICE GEIST, 95, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, April 11, 2011, at Life Care Center. Born Sept 11, 1915, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late William Franklin and Clara Susan (Beyerlein) Ecenbarger. She enjoyed her church family; was a charter member of North Highlands (Grace) Presbyterian Church; and a member of the Cancer Pad Sewing Circle at the Church. She is survived by sons, Samuel E. (Eva) Geist, Franklin H. (Roberta) Geist, Richard W. (Sue) Geist, and Carl A. (Bonnie) Geist; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at Grace Presbyterian Church, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N Wells St. Burial in Eel River Cemetery.
