Clemeth Paul Federspiel Sr.

Clemeth Paul Federspiel Sr., 76, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at his home in Martinsville, Indiana. He was born May 20, 1946 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Jesse Paul and Waneta (Murphy) Federspiel.

Clem graduated from North Side High School in 1963. He proudly served his country and was a US Navy veteran during the Vietnam War from 1964-1970. Clem was the Past Commander of American Legion Post 409 in Leo, Indiana. He was a machinery repairman at Dana Corporation with over 30 years of service.

Clem is survived by his children, Valery (Tammy) Federspiel of Fort Wayne, IN, Lisa (Rich) Gardner of Leo, IN, Troy Federspiel of Martinsville, IN, Heather (Todd) Mohler of Spencerville, IN, Veronica (Andy) Kettleborough of Fort Wayne, IN, Trevor Huntington of Fort Wayne, IN, Brandon (Bridget) Huntington, Fort Wayne, IN, Shawn (Molly) Federspiel of Alabama, Waneta Carter of Arizona, Jay (Daisy) Federspiel Jr. of Ohio, Renee Federspiel of Fort Wayne, IN, Justin Federspiel of Fort Wayne, IN; 35 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; his brother, Jesse Paul Federspiel Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN; and sister, Kyris Johnson of Auburn, IN. He was preceded in death by his wife, of 29 years, Beth A. (Croteau) Federspiel, in 2011; and a sister, Mary Ellen Dunnuck.

A funeral service to honor Clem's life will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also take place from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
