Constance "Connie" L. Andrews, age 80, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. She was born February 16, 1943 in Kendallville, Indiana to the late William and Hilda Schneider. Connie graduated from Kendallville High School and began her paralegal career with several attorneys, retiring February '00 from Thomas S. Locke, Attorney at Law. She would marry her loving and devoted husband of 31 years, David, November 14, 1992. Connie enjoyed playing golf, volunteering with the Christ Child Society and other charitable organizations, lunching with friends and time spent in Venezuela during retirement, but cherished the time spent with friends and family the most.
Connie is survived by her husband, David T. Andrews; children, Tiffany (Kevin) Heckley, Greg (Jennifer) Rigsby, Shawn Rigsby; step-children, David M. (Amy) Andrews, and Darren Andrews; fifteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Judy McCreery; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Beth Rigsby; grandson, Jason Rigsby; and step-brother, Ed Kenestrick.
Memorial Service is 11:00 am Tuesday, February 13 at Grace Gathering East, 3157 Minnich Road, New Haven. Friends and family will be received 4:00 - 7:00 pm, Monday, February 12, 2024 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne.
