Daniel Ross Bornkamp, of Columbia City, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at his residence. He was born July 10, 1984. Surviving are his parents Mark Bornkamp, Cyndi Coffelt and Tina Keffaber; sister Emily (Christopher) Wallace; brother David (Amber) Bornkamp; fiancé Alicia Baker; step children Skylar and Alana; and several aunts, uncles cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Patrick Michael Sizemore; grandmother Patricia Bornkamp and niece Sonya Bornkamp. Funeral service will be held at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home at 1327 Wells St. on Monday at 11am with calling 1 hour prior and also on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8. Pastor Kerry Niman officiating.
