Darrell O. “Pal” Watson, 84, passed away on October 6, 2018. Born January 20, 1934, in Garrett, Indiana, he was the son of the late Elmer and Olive Watson. Darrell served in the Navy from 1952 and retired in 1971. After retiring from the Navy he worked at Dana, Harvester, and Advanced Machine Works. He enjoyed genealogy and has a vast collection of information. Surviving are his sons, Darrell E. Watson, and Michael Watson; granddaughter, Trisha Watson; great-grandson, Ayden Watson; brother, Willard Watson, niece, Lorna Watson; and nephew, Blain Watson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Millicent Lee Watson on January 12, 2018. Visitation will take place Friday, October 12, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46815.
