Rev. David B. Clark

David and his late wife, Helen, graduated from the Fort Wayne Bible Institute, and returned as missionaries to Jamaica for 36 years. Upon returning to Indiana, he was the pastor of West Missionary Church, Berne, retiring in 1985. After retiring full time, he became the minister of hospital visitation for Fellowship Missionary Church, Fort Wayne, until 2002. He lead volunteer work teams to build Kendal Camp, Jamaica, from 1989-2006. He was most recently a member of Northpoint Community Church, Fort Wayne, and spent his later years teaching Bible studies in his home. David was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. He is survived by his daughters, Grace P. (Roger) Raker of Toledo, Ohio, Barbara A. Luker and Judith H. (John) Haagen, both of Fort Wayne, and Joanne Ummel, of Leo; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and his brother, Paul Clark of Lima, Peru. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Lucy (Shalders) Clark; his loving wife of more than 74 years, Helen M. (Christensen) Clark, in 2016; daughter, Eileen M. Steiner; grandchildren, Matthew Raker and Emily Haagen; and brother, William Clark.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Northpoint Community Church, 10513 Leo Road, with calling from 11:00 am, until time of service. Arrangements have been entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne.
