David is the son of David H Hallock Jr and Beatrice Robertson Culver Hallock, both families with deeply rooted histories in Long Island, New York
David spent time in the Navy and Air Force Reserves after high school and later graduated from Huntington University He spent his life in the printing business settling with his family in Indiana.
He grew up sailing on West Neck Harbor and Peconic Bay in Southampton, New York and later had a life of boating on many lakes in Indiana.
David was predeceased by his wife Sharon. He is survived by his loving and devoted daughter Chelsea, her husband Cody, granddaughter Genevieve and step children Kathrine and Andrew. His sister MaryAnn Logan and her family live in England. His brother Peter and his husband Craig Mowry live in New York.
