David Edward Howard

David E. Howard, 80, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017. He was the son of the late John J. and Marian Howard. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology receiving his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

He is survived by his daughter Shari (Rich Kluttermann) Howard; siblings John J. (Pat) Howard, Jr., and Rose (Milan) Liptak; grandchildren Ashley Emery, Drew Davis, Amanda Davis, Tony Davis, Austin Davis, Erica Howard and Julian Howard; and great-grandchildren Blaise Emery and Rose Emery.

Proceeding in death are his wife Beth, and 2nd wife Kathy; daughter Michelle Davis; siblings Jane Abromavic, Helen Fitzmaurice, Mary Edwards, Kathryn Ray, Daniel Howard, Thomas George Howard and Francis Samuel Howard.

Funeral Mass will be at 1:30 pm Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, 1122 S. Calhoun Street. Visitation will be from 10 am to 1 pm , Thursday at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 420 W. Wayne Street. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made for Masses to the Church. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
