Donald W. Hogle

Donald W. Hogle, 70, of Fort Wayne passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 8, 2023. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on April 17, 1953, he was a son of the late Wallace and Helen (Wiess) Hogle. Don served in the United States Navy for 4 years. He had a passion for being outdoors, going fishing, boating and traveling. Don was the life of the party. He had a loving nature and a fun and positive outlook on life. Most of all he cherished the time spent with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Don is survived by his son, Donald C. (Tammy) Hogle; daughter, Kimberly (Lonnie) Hogle-Lunk; ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; twin brother, Ronald (Patti); brothers, Dale (Wanita), Fred (Judy) and Rick (Sandy) Hogle; and sister, Diann Griffetts. He was also preceded in passing by his brothers, Larry, Bob and Frank Hogle; and sisters, Sharon Parnin and Catherine Bigger. A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, May 15, 2023 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home 1327 N. Wells Street Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808 with visitation beginning at 2:00pm. Memorial contributions can be made to the family c/o Donald Hogle.
