Donald was born in Bluffton, Indiana, to the late Carl and Irma (Foster) Mossburg.
He is survived by his children, Dan Mossburg, Karen (Gary) Stuby and Kathy Grillo; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ann Mossburg and both of his parents; his son, Tim Mossburg; three sisters, Carlene, Coleen, Becky and a brother, Eugene Mossburg.
Donald was an avid fisherman and a hunter. He loved being outside and enjoyed gardening his tomatoes. He also liked watching western shows and was a Purdue fan.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley 1320 East Dupont road Fort Wayne, IN 46825, from 11:00 AM 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, following the visitation.
