DOROTHY H. (GERMAIN) BOROWSKI, 84, passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Heritage Point, Warren. Born in North Adams, Mass., Dorothy was a RN for 44 years. Surviving are her brother, Robert J. (Shirley) Germain of North Suffield, Conn.; and longtime friend, Naomi L. Anderson of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Florence Germain; husband, William Borowski; and daughter, Cynthia Borowski. Cemetery graveside service is 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6600 Covington Road. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Arrangements by D.O.
