Dorothy M. Koch

Dorothy M. Koch, 99, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Ashton Creek Health and Rehab in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and past member of their Rosary Sodality. Dorothy enjoyed knitting, cooking, along with spending time with her family. Surviving are her children; Sandra Bartley of Fort Wayne, David (Jane) Koch Monroeville, Judith Caswell of Leo, Joe (Rosi) Koch of Spencerville, Cathy (Steve) Evans of Fort Wayne; 18 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson, with one on the way, and sister, Lois (Thomas) Hageman of Fort Wayne. Dorothy was preceded in death by her father Louis Stalf, mother Hazel Stalf, step-mother Bertha Stalf, husband William Koch, grandson Eric David Koch, and great-grandson Gabriel Koch. Service is 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 14, 2016 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road with calling from 11:00 am until the service, Fr. Daniel Scheidt officiating. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse.
