Elizabeth was born on June 1, 1961, in Kansas City, MO, where she spent her early years. She graduated from Truman High School in Independence, MO and went to the University of Missouri where she met her late husband, Craig Knotts.
Elizabeth was dedicated to her husband, children, and God. She loved spending time with her children and sharing her numerous stories and jokes. She was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement.
Elizabeth is survived by her brother Norman Ralston, her children; Christopher Knotts, David Knotts, Sarah Bozzi, and Craig Knotts Jr.; and her grandchildren; Stacey and Kaylee (Christopher and Emily Knotts), and Jameson and Theodore (Sarah and Josh Bozzi). Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Heartland Church,1025 Vance Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, at 6:00 PM, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at Bell Cemetery, in Elmer, MO.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Heartland Church in Fort Wayne, IN.
