Emma worked at Holsum Bakery for over 15 years and reached her goal of retirement. Emma was united in marriage to Bernard Goldman for several years and later divorced. To that union, two sons were born, Leonard Goldman and Bernard Goldman Jr.
Emma Jean was called home and transitioned from this life on May 13, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Lee Knox and Lillie B. Knox; and 3 siblings, Arthur Lee (Jean) Knox Jr., Lillie Mae (Andy) Manuel and Jim Richard Knox.
Emma Jean leaves to cherish her precious memories to live on in the hearts of those she dearly loved. One sister, Linda (James) Bennett of Winona, MS; 2 sons, Leonard (La Keisha) Goldman and Bernard Goldman Jr.; 2 grandsons, Lance D. Goldman, Bernard Goldman III; 2 granddaughters, La Nya A. Goldman, Nevaeh M. Goldman; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
