Gary E. Walker

Gary E. Walker, 63, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. He was born on September 23, 1957 in Fort Wayne, a son of the late Norman E. and Sarah A. “Sally” (Murray) Walker. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling, fishing, and watching Chicago Cubs baseball. Surviving family include his siblings, Rebecca Colter, Greg (Linda), Bruce (Melissa), and Randy (Pam) Walker; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his sister, Marcia Walker; and brother-in-law, Gerald Colter. A prayer service will be 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons – Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the funeral home with a Rosary service at 1:45 p.m. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
