

Early in her married life she became acquainted with God and made a choice to follow Jesus. She had a deep love for God and wholeheartedly trusted in the way Jesus taught. Her faith was a guiding light and she lived with the principles of love and care for others.
Gay was a very giving and compassionate person and loved being a wife and mother. She enjoyed crocheting and making gifts for family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Gerald R. Quinn of Fort Wayne, IN; children, Denise (Fred) Quinn of Toledo, OH; Jeanette (Mark) Myers of Dayton, OH; June (Kevin) Kyger of Roanoke, IN; Jerry (Laura) Quinn of Monroeville, IN , Robin (Tony) Ooley of Bloomington, IN; Stacy Sautbine of Fort Wayne, IN; 18 grandchildren, Melissa Garrison, Jessica Garrison, Jason Quinn, David Myers, Carson Myers, Alecia Line, Janelle Kyger, Taylor Kyger, Tanner Kyger, Logan Kyger, Austin Kyger, John Quinn, Alex Quinn, Megan Utley, Josh Utley, Bria Ooley, Bryce Ooley, Mya Sautbine, Mason Sautbine and Jarrett Sautbine and 26 great grandchildren.
Gay was preceded in death by her brother, Henry L Nordmeyer Jr.
Funeral Service will be 1:30 pm Saturday January 11, 2025, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes -Pine Valley Park, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN with visitation 2 hours prior. Committal and Burial at Highland Park Cemetery.
