Gerre L. Etzler, age 88, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025. Gerre was born in Fort Wayne to Howard Winters and Bernice Woodcox. She graduated from Fort Wayne Central High School in 1955. She married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" J. Etzler, in 1955, and they had two daughters, Tami McCarron and Amy Etzler.
Gerre along with Bob and Tami, owned and operated Five Points Pub for 21 years. She enjoyed her retirement as a snowbird between Tarpon Springs, Florida and Fort Wayne and had many friends in both places. She was the "queen of bling" and loved decorating homes.
She will be missed and remembered by her family: daughters, Tami (Mike) McCarron and Amy Etzler (Cindy) and her many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Etzler, and her parents.
