Gladys R. Huth

Gladys R. Huth, 86, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Lutheran Life Villages - Anthony Blvd. in Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, IN, Gladys worked as a Production Employee with Magnavox, retiring in 1991. She was a member of Waynedale Baptist Church, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the Eagles Lodge. Gladys loved her family, quilting, playing cards, traveling and the lake. Surviving are daughter, Susan (Steven) Fairchild and son, Steven (Karen) Huth; brothers, L. Edward and Ralph O. Sell; sisters, Frances C. Fifer, Juanita E. Dillion and Martha J. Ball. Grandchildren, Amy, Jaron, Nicole, Steven,Jr., Kaitlyn, Scott, Lee, Ron; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Jordon, Jack, Lizzi, Gabriel, Emma Grace and Able. Gladys was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Huth, Jr.; parents E. Ora and Ruth (Alberson) Sell; sister, Mary L. Schick; brother,Sylvester H. Sell; Half-brother, Nolan Sell; Half-sister, L. Irene Cripe. Funeral service is 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at - D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with Pastor Wayne Gullion officiating. Calling two hours prior to the funeral service. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
