Gregory W. Blevins, 57, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Born on June 2, 1964, in Fort Wayne, he was a member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, and worked as a parts sales manager.
Greg was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, grandfather, and friend to all. He worked in the mixer business for more than 20 plus years and is well respected in the industry. He was a loving, selfless man that worked hard, and enjoyed putting a smile on everyone’s face with his contagious laugh. Greg was a fan of the Colts and Pacers and enjoyed, along with his sons and wife, watching them play. He was supportive of his sons and wife, letting them know how proud he was of them. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Monica Blevins; children, Caleb Blevins, Lucas Blevins, and Brian Parra (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ellonna, Elijah, Coleson, and Linnix; his brother, Steve Blevins (Kathy); and sister, Becky Geary (Tim); his nephews and niece, Matt Blevins, Tony Geary (Kari), Brandon Geary (Nichole) and April Blevins.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 2305 Goshen Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne. He will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
