Harry A Crawford

HARRY A. CRAWFORD, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, 10:15 p.m., at The Towne House Health & Rehabi-liation Center. Born July 23, 1925, in Reading, Pa., he was the son of the late John Crawford and Bernice (Boyce) Crawford. And Husband of the late Mary E. Horst Crawford He served in the U.S. Army and was president of Insurance Risk Management. He was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church; trustee of the church; past president of Fine Arts Foundation; co-founder of Insurance Risk Management in 1962; member of Society of C.P.C.U.; and the Ohio State University Alumni Association. Surviving are his daughters, Jennie (Wayne) Johnson of Sacramento, Calif. and Betsy (Vic) Welch, Woodville, Ohio; son, Mac (Debbie) Crawford of Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sisters, Corinne (Dale) Fulkerson of Fort Wayne and Ila Evans of Jamestown, N.Y. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, at Trinity English Lutheran Church, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
