HOLLY LEIGH COLLINS, of Bloomington, Ind., passed away Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born on May 9, 1984 in Fort Wayne. She was a graduate of Homestead High School class of 2002 and Indiana University class of 2007. She was employed at the Serendipity in Bloomington. "Holly loved friends and family and was an inspiration to all through her wonderful personality and artistic talents." Surviving are her parents, Randy and Candy Collins of Fort Wayne; sister, Ashly Collins of Fort Wayne; boyfriend, Scott Clements and his daughter, Bailey, both of Bloomington; grandparents, Geneva and Allan Boone of Anderson; and aunts, uncles and several cousins. Service is 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at Zanesville United Methodist Church, 11811 N.
