Jacquline Joan Adam, 78, of Fort Wayne, died peacefully on Saturday July 18, 2015. She was born to the late Gilruth and Josephine Stouder on September 21, 1936 in Muncie, Indiana. She is survived by daughters Kristina (Jim) Sayler-Adam and Karen Rock; sons Kerry Adam, Kyle Adam, Kenny (Debbie) Adam and Kevin Adam; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and 2 sisters; Doris Schenck of Cincinnatti and Gerry Snider of Bluffton. She was preceded in death by her husband Loren Adam and 2 grandsons. A funeral service will be held at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 Wells St. on Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 1pm with calling from 12-1pm. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Breast Cancer Research.
