Jack Ray Byers, 64, passed away Wednesday February 9, 2022 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Richard and Janet L. Byers, whom survives. He graduated from Snider High School in 1976. Jack was a retired utility locator and worked locally for Joint Underground Locating Service and in Miami, FL for 10 years for Mastek.
He is survived by his mother Janet Byers of Fort Wayne, IN; brother Steven (Nancy) Byers of Portland, OR; and nieces, Mallory Byers, and Jordan Byers. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Byers in 2011.
Celebration of life will be schedule at a later date. Private burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN. Memorials may be made to the Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control. Arrangements by D.O.
