Jacob attended Northrop High School, and enjoyed music. Jacob is survived by his mom and dad, Jeff and Julie Harper; grandparents, Curt and Rhonda Irven, and John and Judy Harper. Jacob was loved by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 10:30AM on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church 917 W. Jefferson Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46802 with calling 1 hour prior. Visitation will take place from 2-4p and 6-8p on Friday, February 2, 2018 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. DuPont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. Burial will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church or The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
