Jeremy Daniel High

Jeremy Daniel High, of Fort Wayne, Indiana and recently of Syracuse, Indiana, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2026, at the age of 44. He was born on September 6, 1981, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was known for his kind heart, strong spirit, and the way he could bring comfort and laughter to those around him. He will be remembered for his loyalty to friends and his deep love for family.

Jeremy had a lifelong passion for basketball, playing from the time he could first lift a ball and continuing all the way through college. He was a 2000 graduate of Wawasee High School, where he developed both his love of the game and lasting friendships. He went on to attend Goshen College, where he continued to play basketball and earned his degree in 2004.

He cherished every moment spent with his daughters, friends, and loved ones. Jeremy was also a devoted fan of the Fort Wayne Komets and proudly held season tickets for many years, enjoying countless games and memories.

Jeremy is survived by his daughters, Kalleigh Kristine High and Stella Rose High, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his parents, Kristina (Greg) Jensen of Syracuse. Indiana and Daniel (Gina) High of Ferris, Texas; his siblings, Ashley (Josh) Tinkel of New Carlisle, Indiana and Joshua Scranton of El Paso, Texas; and his nieces, Mikaela Wilson, Savannah Wilson, and Aubrey Tinkel, all of New Carlisle, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents and his stepfather.

Services to honor Jeremy's life will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley 1320 E. Dupont Rd (46825) with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM.

Jeremy's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
