He is survived by his parents, Jerrmie and Athena (Papadakis) Reilly; siblings, Carson, Mackenzie, Hunter, Mason, Emmy, Trinity, and his twin sister Noelle; grandparents, Damianos Papadakis (Tracey); Matthew Reilly (Carrie); and Jerry Napier (Vicki); great-grandparents, Sherry Richey (Dwight); Barbara Butler; Lydia Bolen; and Hugh Reilly (Mary); great-great-grandparents, Donna and Roy Chapman; and great-grandma, Maria Papadakis.

He was preceded in death by uncles, Cody Hoover and Ricky Hoover Jr.; great-grandpa, John Butler; great-uncle, James Butler; great-aunt, Ruth Hoover; great-grandma, Ima Jean Altimus; great-grandpa, Kenny Bolen; and great-grandpa, Nickolas Papadakis.

A visitation for JJ will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior. Burial will take place immediately following the service in Highland Park Cemetery & Mausoleum, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN.
