Jerry Dean Gill, 77, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Jerry worked as a contract hauler for Fort Wayne Newspapers and a machinist Royal Lace Paper Company from 1959-1982 and also as a Site Sargent with Allen Protective Agency for 3 years, before retiring. He was a member of , Creighton Neighborhood Association. Surviving are his wife, Terri L. Gill of Fort Wayne, IN; son, Jerry Dean (Linda) Gill of Auburn, IN; daughters, Maureen Ann (Donald) Gentry of Fort Wayne, IN; Jody Lynn Gill of Fort Wayne, IN; brother, William R. (Laurel) Gill of Chino Valley, AZ; step-son, Aaron M. (Sarah) Holman of Thornville, OH; step-daughters, Meredith R. (Kalen Teague) Lehman of Fort Wayne, IN; Joanna E. (Jonathan) Hill of Dallas, GA; ; 4 grandchildren 5 step grandchildren 3 great grandchildren . Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Mary Gill, first wife, Patricia Ann Kunkel Gill. Service is 10:00 am, Thursday, June 15, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior.Calling also Wednesday June 14, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at- D.O.
