Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Jana Stephenson, and their three daughters: Chris Hall (Andy), Cathy Surfus (Tony), and Cindy Peters (Doug). He was also a cherished grandfather to Drew Hall (Hannah), Amanda Lundy (Sean), and Jessica Knepper (James), as well as eight great-grandchildren. Jerry is also survived by his sister Judy Beauchot and brothers Rich Stephenson, Tom Stephenson, and Randy Stephenson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Stephenson, and mother, Marguerite Stephenson.
Jerry attended Monroeville High School for his education.
In accordance with Jerry's wishes, no formal services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Cancer Society in Jerry's memory. The arrangements are being handled by D O McComb & Sons Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
