JOHN JOSEPH COX, 79, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012. He was born in Brooklyn, New York the son of Joseph and Catherine Cox on May 24, 1933. Surviving are his sons, Michael (Noemi) Cox, George (Alecia) Cox, Andre (Charlotte) Rusch, Peter (Sandy) Rusch; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, John Cox Jr. Funeral service is 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, with calling one hour prior.
