Joseph Pasqualetti Jr.

Joseph Pasqualetti Jr., 83, of Columbia City, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital. Born May 5, 1938 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was a son of the late Joseph and Rosella (Weber) Pasqualetti. Joseph proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and retired as a supervisor with Guardrail, Inc. Joseph enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, and gardening. A family-oriented man, he enjoyed playing cards and games with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed traveling and going to casinos with his wife. During the winter, Joe and his wife were snowbirds and resided in Venice, Fla. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Josephine (Hager) Pasqualetti of Columbia City, Ind.; daughters, Vanessa (Jon) Zumhingst of Seymour, Ind., Kari Pasqualetti of Evanston, Ill., Angie Sheets of Placida, Fla., and Dena (Chuck) Hart of Fort Wayne; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and siblings, Verna Mae Profitt, Don Pasqualetti, JoAnn Douglas, Linda (Bruce) Read, and Kathy Plummer, all of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was also preceded in death by sister, Patsy and granddaughter, Kylie Rose.
