Judith Carol Ferguson

JUDITH CAROL FERGUSON, 65, of Fort Wayne, lost her battle with pancreatic cancer Monday, Dec. 11, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Born March 2, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Edwin O. and Helen G. (Slusher) Pliett. She was a graduate of Central High School and retired for Fort Wayne Community Schools. She had many interests and passions. Spending time with her family, trips to the casinos, bowling with her friends, golfing with her husband, and shopping are just a few activities that kept her very active. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Steven "Mike" Ferguson of Fort Wayne; sons, Michael W. (Lorie) Ferguson of Columbia City, Robert "Bob" Ferguson, and Sean P. (Kim Tancil) Ferguson; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Edwin "Ed" Pliett of LaOtto. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Elmer Pliett; and sister, Betty Lou Pliett. Funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, (IN 46804). Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2017 at the funeral home.
