Karen M. Kikly, 81, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at home. She was born on February 2, 1943. Her passion was first and foremost her family, especially her granddaughters. She also enjoyed traveling and reading.
She is survived by her daughters: Kristine (Michael Hoopengardner) Kikly, Melinda (Troy) Bussen, and Jodie (Timothy) Miller and granddaughters: Jessica, Carrie, Emily (Nicholas), Evelyn, and Lizzie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. Kikly in 1974 and her parents, Sheldon E. Richards and Catherine (Cox) Richards.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home - Pine Valley, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. The funeral will begin at 1:00 p.m., with burial to follow at Huntertown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Brookside Church.
