Kurt Lamoyne Hathaway

Kurt Lamoyne Hathaway, 67, of Fort Wayne, Indiana went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Kurt was a graduate of Concordia High School, Indiana Purdue University, and Ball State University, where his field of study was teaching. He majored in Social Studies and minored in music. Kurt was also employed by many companies and retired from Accurate Courier Services in November of 2023. He loved fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Kurt is survived by his spouse, Teresa Hathaway; children, Heather Elswerky, Amanda Hathaway, Isaiah Hathaway, and Elizabeth Hathaway; four grandchildren, Hannah and Hallah Elswerky, Mason Gore, and Owen Hathaway; siblings, Keith (Wanda) Hathaway of Phoenix, Arizona, Kent (Heidi) Hathaway of Huntington, Indiana, and Kathy (Dennis) Buesching of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his mother, Marjorie (Harvey) Hathaway. He is preceded in his passing by his father, Joseph Hathaway. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
