Laura Ann French

Laura Ann French, 53, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Laura was born May 20, 1968, in Fort Wayne. Laura worked as an accountant for Lincoln Life for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling, Cubs baseball, playing in euchre tournaments, and collecting teddy bears. She is survived by her loving mother, Cynthia French; sisters, Christina (Larry) Rutledge and Angela Grubbs; brother, Thomas French; grandmother, Caroline Springer; nieces and nephews, Kayla French, Kim (Nicholas) Colby, Kole Rutledge, Rebecca Holloway, Premiere Grubbs, Jada Grubbs, Kyle Rutledge, and Roman Grubbs; great-niece and great-nephew Mason and Serenity Colby. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas J. French; grandparents, Annabelle and Roger French; grandfather, Richard Hanes; and brother-in-law, Dan Grubbs. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
