Lois V. Hungerford

Lois V. Hungerford, age 97, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020. The daughter of the late Albert M.A. and Myrtle A. (Hanson) King, Lois was born in Garrett, IN, on May 13, 1923. Lois was the former owner of the Melody Inn Restaurant in Waterloo, IN. She loved to cook for her family and friends. She was a member of North Highlands Church of Christ. Lois is survived by two sons, Michael (Barbara) Hungerford of Columbia City, IN, and Corless (Pamela) Hungerford Jr. of Port Charlotte, FL; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Corless Hungerford Sr.; a grandson, Gregory Hungerford; and three sisters, Edna Getts, Laura Fry, and Bessie Witt. A visitation for Lois will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at C.M.
