Louise McComb

Louise McComb, 92, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born September 8, 1929 in Fort Wayne, the daughter of the late Chauncey and Hazel Putt. Louise was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to bake and was an avid Chicago Cubs and IU basketball fan. Louise is survived by her children, Monte C. (Diane) McComb of Evansville, IN, Linda (Stan) McComb, Terry W. McComb, Lisa R. (Alan) Miller, all of Fort Wayne, IN; six grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving Husband of 63 years, William H. McComb; brothers, Wayne L. and Robert J. Putt; and a sister, Dorothy N. Scott. A funeral service to honor Louise's life will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, June 27, 2022 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling 2 hours prior. She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
