Madonna L. Shepherd, 92, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, daughter to the late Robert Thomas and Inez (Fox) Rankin. She worked in food service throughout her life, having worked at Orchard Ridge Country Club and Mister Coney. Surviving are her children, Marsha (Gerald) Bryan of Fort Wayne, IN, Jack Plimpton of Thorntown, IN, and Bruce (Heather) Shepherd of Fort Wayne, IN; 18 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Raymond Shepherd in 2005; son, Richard Bell; and her daughter, Lydia D. Anglemyer. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 12:30 pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, with visitation beginning at 10:30 am, prior to the funeral.
