Margaret "Peggy" L. McArdle

Margaret "Peggy" L. McArdle, 72, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Parkview Hospital. Peggy was born December 13, 1948 in Fort Wayne, daughter of the late James Charles and Billie Lou (Beaver) McArdle. She was a 1968 graduate of Bishop Luers High School. Shortly after graduation, Peggy moved to Naples, Florida and worked at Naples Community Hospital for many years, prior to returning to Fort Wayne in 2015. Surviving are her sisters, Mindy (Bob) Pennycoff of Fort Wayne and Kathy (Jim) Hawkins of Rotonda West, FL; and niece and nephews, Edward Bransfield, James Bransfield, Eric (Addie) Pennycoff, Charles Hawkins, and Heather Hawkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James C. McArdle; and nephew, Mac McArdle. Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819. A private family graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorial gifts in honor of Peggy may be given to Bishop Luers Building Fund or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Building Fund.
