Mark Eugene Hedges

Mark Eugene Hedges, 49, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born October 31, 1972 in Fort Wayne, and graduated from New Haven High School in 1991.

Mark was a truck driver and also worked in the welding trade for several years. He enjoyed drawing, making decals, and caring for his bearded dragons. Mark was an avid Batman enthusiast and a New Orleans Saints fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Heather Hedges; parents, Park and Althea Hedges; children, Cody (Jessica) Hedges, Nathaniel (Lexi) Weibel, Nicholes Speith, Shilah (Logan) Speith, Owen Weibel, Justin (Taylor) Neeley; siblings, David (Danielle) Hedges, all of Fort Wayne, IN, William Webb of AR; and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service to honor Mark's life and legacy will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Three Rivers Baptist Church, 1406 Lumbard Street, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. A visitation will also take place on Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne. He will be laid to rest at IOOF Cemetery, New Haven, Indiana.
