Martin Alan Boots, 54, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. He was born June 1, 1968 to Larry and Shirley (Zaring) Boots. Martin was the 7th generation of Martin Boots who founded the City of Marion, Indiana. He graduated from Ball State University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in history. Martin is survived by his wife, Daniela (Dani) Boots, of Fort Wayne and his parents, Larry and Shirley Boots of Lakeland, Florida. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Sydney (Ben) Riggs, Dylan Deputy, Ryley Deputy, Piper Deputy; and grandson, Soren. He was preceded in death by daughter in law, Abby Deputy. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation one hour prior.
