Mary J. Bohn

Mary J. Bohn, 94, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She was born May 18, 1926 in Monroeville, Indiana. Mary was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Ditlinger. She was married on December 28, 1952 to Wilfred R. Bohn, he passed away on May 30, 1976. She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1945. Mary was a devoted wife and mother who spent her time caring for her family and their home. Mary was an active member of the rosary group at St. Therese Catholic Church. She loved to attend church and play bingo at the Southwest Conservation Club in Fort Wayne. She was a very kind and giving lady. Mary is survived by her daughters, Linda Bohn of Fort Wayne and Dorothy (Jed) Williamson of Dunkirk, IN; sons, Kenneth Bohn of Fort Wayne and James (Diane Karden) Bohn of Aurora, Colorado; step- grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Williamson, Stephanie Klausing, Kent Williamson, and Kris Williamson; and ten step-great-grandchildren. Also preceding her in passing was her son, Raymond Bohn; and siblings, Father Andrew Ditlinger, Sister Julia Ditlinger, Agnes Ditlinger, and Ellen Ditlinger. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation with one hour prior. Burial to follow the service at Saint Rose de Lima Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mary's memory may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church.
