Maurice Powell, age 55, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Maurice was born June 21, 1966 in Fort Wayne, IN to Bettie S. Berkhalter and John Powell. He graduated from Northrop High School in 1984 and spent his career in manufacturing. Maurice is survived by his parents, Bettie S. Berkhalter of Tampa, FL and John Powell of Fort Wayne, Ind.; brother, Michael (Carlos Gonzalez) Powell of Tampa, FL; sister, Michelle Powell; and niece, Jacqueline Powell also of Tampa, FL.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun St. in Fort Wayne, Ind.
