Dr. Michael Anthony Cozzi, 54, passed away on August 15, 2018. He was born January 28, 1964 in Chicago, IL. He attended Drake University and graduated with a Pharmacology degree, and then attended the University of Illinois and obtained a Doctorate's degree in Anesthesiology. He continued in his medical field to further his education in medicine. Michael loved to hunt and fish, and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his children who were his pride and joy. He survived by his children; Olivia and Michael Cozzi; his parents, Michael and Ann Cozzi; siblings, Debra Cozzi, Carolyn Cozzi, Gino Cozzi; and nieces and nephews, Brianna, Natalie, and John. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Mathew. Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 1pm to 5pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park, 6301 Fairfield Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46807.
