Dr. Nicholas J. Lebamoff

Dr. Nicholas J. Lebamoff Sr., age 89, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. He was born June 25, 1932 to the late James D. and Katherine (Ognenoff) Lebamoff. Nick graduated from Southside High School and married the love of his life, Radka, on June 24, 1956. He proudly served our nation with the United States Army. Nick matriculated at Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1962, and spent his entire career in private practice dentistry. He was an adventurous spirit with a love for life, avid car collector, enjoyed Indy Car racing, watching IU Basketball and the Indianapolis Colts, cycling at Foster Park and spending time with family. Nick is survived by his children, Dr. Stephen J. Lebamoff of Auckland, New Zealand, Cynthia J. Lebamoff of Fort Wayne, Ind., Dr. James S. (Julie) Lebamoff of Woodburn, Ind., and Teresa J. (Philip) Alt of Fort Wayne; eleven grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Radka; son, Nicholas J. Lebamoff, Jr.; brother, William "Bill" Lebamoff; and sister, Eleanor "Nora" Lebamoff-Ahr. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 7:30 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street. The Lebamoff family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 16, at the funeral home from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to service time.
