When Mr. Snow had his insurance claim on his house and personal property in the early 1990s I was the second adjuster assigned as I was told that Norm had run off the first guy. Norm was without a doubt one of my top 5 claims to handle in my long career. He was an absolute blast to work with and we resolved all his issues with a smile and a handshake like the good old days.
There never will be another Norman Snow and I feel honored and privledged to know and work with him.

Our deepest condolences from the McKinnis family.   May he rest in peace.  We will always remember his kindness and supportive nature.  

Norman was a mentor and good friend.  Even after I left Snow and Sauertieg, we remained in contact and frequently did lunch to catch up.   Norman's sense of humor and unique example of what it means to be a mensch will stay me.

Norman's passing was a hit to my heart.  As the wife of "Big White Mike" and sister of "Orlando Zemenski", I felt it was an honor to be his and Joanne's friend. 
*The first time I felt His Honor's presence was when we were both pictured on the ladder at North Side. He was "The Most Likely To Succeed" and I was " Best Sense of Humor" (on the other side). 
*Another time I remember when they took me out to a fine restaurant just to reminisce after Mike's passing.
*The most notable event happened when he was a pall-bearer at Mike's funeral: The priest officiating asked if anyone who was not Catholic would want to come forward for a blessing. Norman walked up, crossed his arms, and received said blessing.
*I have no words to comfort Joanne and her family, so I will pray they find their own solace in his loving memory. 



I first met Norman over 28 years ago as a member of Orchard Ridge Country Club and then on to Sycamore Hills Golf Club. 
I had the pleasure of knowing and serving him all these years,  even though he was very.. particular about what and how he wanted his food, picking all the carrots and celery out of his ham & bean soup.. and his special prepared club sandwich.. I also admired his upfront, say how it is personality.  He became a very special part of my heart and will be missed greatly! I am honored to have had him as a very special friend.

My name is Doris Elaine (Medsker) Palmer and I went to Franklin School with Joanne and North Side High School with both Joanne and Butch graduating as a Redskin in 1961.  I extend my sincerest prayers to Joanne,  her family and friends.  I’m so sorry for your loss.  Hold onto your memories and  let them guide you through during this time of sadness and may Our Heavenly Father cover you with His love and give you comfort.

I first met "Butchie" Snow  when we were 7-8 yrs old. We became fast friends, and stayed at each others house many times.  We were in Cub Scouts together and went to Forest Park Elementry school .  Almost everyday, along with other boys in neighborhood would be playing ball, baseball, football, basketball.  When it rained we would play monoply on the front pourch etc.  Trading baseball cards, going to Komet Hockey Games, watching Ft. Wayne Pistons basketball team.  Wonderful memories!! Hard to believe my "old playmate" is gone.  The last time I saw Butchie was Oct. 2014 at my Brother in laws funeral.  Butchie walked across the Church to shake my hand.  I threw my arms around him and we each said I Love You.  Rest in pease old friend.  Rest in Peace.

Norman was a client of mine at Covington Travel, he was always a challenge and  knew how to get the best rates.  I enjoyed working with him and appreciated his sense of humor.  Sending my sympathy to His family,  Carolyn Ewing

My name is 'David Frolich. I was a fraternity brother of Butch at IU in Bloomington. I know he had a nickname for me, I think "Frolo". but do not hold me to it. He was one of my best friends and I certainly remember him and his humor. I should have stayed in touch after college and med school. I remember he sent me information about a kidney tumor he had to review. My condolences to his family. I never forgot him.

Norman, better known as "BUTCH" by his close friends .... was a very close friend of mine way back to our early Grade School Days at Forest Park Grade School. From around the 5th grade to our Graduation we played on our Basketball Teams together. Then, when we went on to North Side High School we continued as teammates and close friends from our Freshman year until we graduated in 1961. After college we remained friends as he successfully pursued his Legal Career and I pursued my dreams in the business world.  Norman, Butch and I shared "Humorous personality and Ornery traits" throughout our 70 year friendship. He was and always will be a SPECIAL FRIEND .... IN HEAVEN AS HE WAS HERE ON EARTH. Our Hearts and Prayers go out to Joanne and their family and friends. Rest in Peace my friend ... GOD BLESS YOU 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much for sharing Norm with us in therapy!  It was a privilege to work with him.   It was an honor that he considered me a friend.   I will miss him and his humor.  My sympathies to the entire family.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I've been meaning to visit him, but with Covid, I didn't chance it.  Him and "Big White Mike" are having a ball with their hilarious banter and one-liners. 

Norman was a great friend and character. We shared many poker games and sports stories. When he came to the office for his appointments he always brought a dozen Titleist golf balls and the Wall Street Journal. He will be sorely missed.   Basil and Sharon Genetos
