Pamela Sue Ewen

Pamela Sue Ewen, age 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pamela was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 27, 1955 to George and Vada (McClure) Rice, Jr. Pamela was an avid Colts Fan and loved playing cards with family and friends. In her younger years, Pamela loved taking rides on her motorcycle, and she knew how to cook some amazing foods. Pamela is survived by four children, Charles III, Richard and Matthew Philbee, Peggy (Bobby Joe) Perkins, all of New Haven, IN. She raised two of her grandchildren, Victoria Atkins and Kayla Philbee of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by a sister, Dianna Maggert; three brothers, Kenneth, George III and Robert Rice. She was blessed with 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Allen Ewen; granddaughter, Vada Shantae Blessing; parents, Vada and George Rice Jr.; brothers William, Richard, Danny and Steven Rice; a few nieces and nephews and many more.
